Why the wraps, don’t unicorns grow winter fur? My horse is already starting to resemble a Mammoth.
Equines are the ultimate Obsession. Those long necks are perfect for hugging.

I don’t think Marigold has any problem with cold weather. She’s just being a fashionable clotheshorse. ;-)

No Marigold, that’s not a snack for you to eat. Leaf it alone.

Awwwwwww! I love that chapter. "Then the first leaf said quietly to itself, “Why must we fall?”

    Q4Horse:

Horse obsession apparently goes way back. “To me, my darling, you are like My mare among the chariots of Pharaoh.” Song of Solomon 1:9
    .
1 kings 10: “26 Solomon accumulated chariots and horses; he had fourteen hundred chariots and twelve thousand horses,[i] which he kept in the chariot cities and also with him in Jerusalem. 27 The king made silver as common in Jerusalem as stones, and cedar as plentiful as sycamore-fig trees in the foothills. 28 Solomon’s horses were imported from Egypt and from Kue[j]—the royal merchants purchased them from Kue at the current price. 29 They imported a chariot from Egypt for six hundred shekels of silver, and a horse for a hundred and fifty.[k] They also exported them to all the kings of the Hittites and of the Arameans.”

Unicorns are more like giant goats than horses.
