    Easy oatmeal: put rolled oats and boiling water in a wide-mouthed thermos bottle. In the morning, add whatever dried fruits, spices, etc. that you like to the hot oatmeal. Oats can be eaten uncooked, since they do not contain enzymes that cause stomach cramps if not destroyed by cooking.
