I had trouble sleeping, tried ZZZZQuil a couple of times. Woke up feeling like I had a hangover, didn’t sleep that well. I have found though, if I eat Tart Cherries or drink Tart Cherry juice, or have a banana or a handful of almonds before bed, I usually sleep pretty well. Another that works for me is Stouffers Cheddar Baked Potatoes or Stouffers Mac and Cheese. Oh, or a glass of milk, doesn’t have to be warm, cold works just as well for me.
