Wow, talk about backassword. The GOP has long been the one stuffing steroids, which might explain McCoy’s little psychosis?

Republicans received one million fewer votes than democrats in the last election yet hold a majority in congress. Who is suppressing who?

Yes, indeed. I wonder how many of the conservative posters call themselves good Christians, and yet give out so much guff. “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.”

Nantucket is obviously looking the other way and ignoring all the Liberal-Left Political organizations that Obama’s IRS grants non-profit non-tax status PDQ.

Conservative non-profits do genuine “Education” for voters using facts and information, all year long, every year. They base their positions on issues on US Law and the Constitution. They use House and Senate voting records.
And they are entitled to non-tax status, in spite of biased and skewed IRS discrimination against conservatives.

What the hell? The Republicans are in the vote suppression business, not the Democrats. See Pennsylvania, Texas, and Ohio. The IRS scandal completely fizzled last May when no evidence was found to connect it with Obama, and it was just IRS people following laws about when nonprofit groups get to claim to be tax free. This cartoonist has left the planet.

This strip is sooooo comical on sooooo many levels. I read it for the same reason I periodically watch Fox News; to see how screwed up the right’s views are, and to enjoy some comic relief.

BTW, if you want to see voter suppression, look at how the districts have been gerrymandered by the current house members.

“What the hell? The Republicans are in the vote suppression business, not the Democrats.”
What about all of those in the military who were not given the opportunity to vote in the presidential election? Are you really so ignorant as to believe that tactic was inadvertent?

“Groups with names that included “progressive” “blue” and “occupy” were given extra scrutiny as well”

    Sorry, but’s that’s not true.
    J. Russell George, Treasury’s inspector general for tax administration admitted that “the IRS did not use inappropriate criteria to scrutinize groups with “progressives” in their name seeking tax-exempt status.”

Obama abused the IRS to harass and intimidate his political enemies. But of course you can ignore any information that doesn’t fit your narrative.

That is NOT what it says. It does say that the 501 ©(4) organization must spend more than 50% of its spending on other than political. As to your argument about enforcing the law as it is written, we agree. Enforce the law the same for all. Don’t give advantage to the George Soros and union organizations.

So you want to ignore the “soldiers” with paramilitary outfits and batons standing in the entrances to polling places. Very interesting. And you want to be sure that no one should have to prove who they are to vote. Very interesting. And you don’t mind dead people casting votes. Very interesting. But the true Marxist believes that anything is OK as long as we march to the left.

Those fewer votes were for the presidential race; not congressional.

It did not fizzle. The justice dept squashed it.
