“If your dumber then a rock.”
    .
If you’re dumber than a rock.
    .
Aren’t you embarrassed to look illiterate as you call others dumb?

What I have noticed (I read all the comics, not just those I happen to like) that even the most ultra conservative editorial cartoonists are calling Christi’s presidential hopes toast. So, all of the comments by the more ultra conservative on this site about the “liberal media” are truly, truly hilarious!!

Glenn, so it IS a scandal? is that what you’re saying?
    .
And if it is a scandal, then why are you advocating for him NOT to answer questions?
    .
BTW, making light of terrorism while referring to the busiest bridge in the world (an amazing factoid, if it is true) is in bad taste.
    .
We should remember the story of The Bridge of San Luis Rey as we try to prove the wrongness of this action vis a vis the most visible occurrences (i.e. the 91 YO dying).
    .
It’s not really so much the big things that make the difference, it’s the guy who didn’t make it to the job interview on time. It’s the lady who spent all her gas budget in a line. It’s the package that didn’t get delivered “Absolutely positively”. It’s the lunch counter guy who didn’t get the business from the guy that got to wok at 11:00 and couldn’t go out for lunch because he had to catch up.
    .
Figure, for a while, just how much money was wasted by this action. For now we’ll only talk about the gas. The Bridge took in about $1,000,000 per day @ $6 per. Figure that 50% of the income comes from NJ during rush hour. That means about 83,333 cars.
    .
Assume the average car gets 20 MPG. You burn about the same gas idling as you do cruising, but let’s divide it in half just so. If the backup added an hour over and above the usual delay of rush hour. The average car burned an extra 1.5 Gallons of gasoline just standing there. Gas in Jersey is cheap, call it $3 a gallon. that’s $4.50 on average per car. Times 4 days is the better part of a $20 bill.
    .
That means that it cost New Jerseyites $1.5 million extra dollars.

And who knows, the lunch counter guy may have been meeting his buddy but he was killed in Benghazi. Or the lady who was late to her audit because she dared to speak poorly about Obama.

Illiterate conservatives are of this mold…and they wish to cut back on spending for education…
Not that this reply does any good….
But, often, I will ask a conservative “what makes you think ……..?”
    Never an answer….
Both city hall and Limbaugh can be fought against. !
But, only with the truth……and love…..

Regrettably we all know it isn’t. It’s a dark soul poisoning everybody around him. People don’t do stuff for nothing. They do it to please the boss. They know the boss and how to please him. This is going to get much, much worse. Normally it’s the Illinois governors who go to jail, New Jersey might be a first…

    @Doctor Warbucks

“If the “anti-muslim video” rationale was good enough for Billary and for Obuma, why would it not work for the fat guy?”
    .
Well, for one thing, it wasn’t “Billary” or “Obuma” that were attacking the conciliate in Libya.
    .
On the other hand, it WAS Christie’s administration that was gassing the people of their own state.
    .
You can see the de-link-ing of the two now can’t you, tuff guy?

“…conservatives are of this mold…and they wish to cut back on spending for education…”
    .
    Au Contraire, mon frère!
    .
The Cons are now yelling that we need to spend spend spend on Re-Education camps for adults.
    .
Why spend money to educate young flexible minds? Why do it inexpensively in public schools? Let’s wait until the block has hardened. Let’s wait until TCI and University of Phoenix and the plethora of education con jobs that cost way more than an Ivy League education can become a campaign donation source. Then we’ll get the Gov’t involved!
    .
Another line is “Tell me everything you know about ______, I have a minute.” It is not a way to win friends or influence people. Even if it is true.

“and they wish to cut back on spending for education”

And a liberal Union has created the bad education system we have so what is your point.

" often, I will ask a conservative “what makes you think ……..?”
    Never an answer"

That is a false question without a time to answer, you have to ask about what makes you thing about a given subject".

When asked I am sure you have your prepared answer so I won’t be asking you, but what makes think in general are:
Why people believe in something when it has failed repeatedly.

The education system has been left controlled for decades and it is failing but it is the Republicans fault.

Detroit is a wreak when it has been controlled by Democrats for decades.
    Chicago, now needs bailouts see:
    http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2012-02-24/opinion/chi-122402koziol_briefs_1_greek-debt-bailout-bankruptcy

There is not one Republican aldermen in Chicago and yet it is the Republicans fault.

Adrian that is what real thought looks like, you come on her everyday saying this or that with no prof, so why should anyone listen to you.
