    Thanks for the clarification.

The situation reminds me of the south Georgia school district which busted a long-standing tradition this year: segregated proms. When the commie-pinko-liberal federal government passed anti-segregation laws, the white parents created private parties, invitation-only, instead of proms. That tradition continued until 2013, when the students realized that there were going to be black people in their society, and that their parents and grandparents may not have had the right idea.

Segregation begets suspicion and discrimination. Mr. Obama, based on the quote you provided, was just referring to that fact.

But it can be easier to find fault with ideas and quotes taken out of context. We all know “I like firing people” was taken out of context, and we accept that. Funny how it doesn’t always work that way.

The trouble is he is till telling them they should not have their schools. So no it is not out of context. Don’t know why McCoy focused on only the Catholic schools I am sure the Protestant Church was just as upset.

Taking out of context is McCoy’s consistent method to turn any statement of Obama’s into a lie and insult to the President. Northern Ireland remains only at tentative “truce” from sectarian violence, hatred, and murder, from both Catholic and Protestant. Which is why those same folks pointing to the Sunni/Shia rift is often pretty hilarious hypocrisy. It WOULD be nice if all sectarian violence would end around the world, but nothing fosters absolute hate, like absolute “faith”.

Nice attempted smear. You have some evidence that the Catholic schools Obozo mentioned are, in fact, harboring pedophiles?

That joke got a laugh out of me. Two of the largest groupings of D are: 1. Vote to give Other People’s Money away for the intention of helping others; 2. Vote to keep receiving Other People’s Money for the intention of making #1 ‘feel good’.

Religion has nothing to do with race. How does a comment about Irish religion and politics continuing to divide the poeople make him racist?
