Oh, for Pete’s sake. Private corporations had their most successful three years ever under Obama. It’s the PUBLIC SECTOR that is suffering, under GOP austerity programs, laying off teachers, fire fighters, and regulators because we need to cut taxes more. Private sector jobs are doing much better than they did under either of the Bushes. And the press is hardly taking Obama’s side like this, either.

Government workers unemployment rate is 4.2% according to a news release by the U.S. Dept. of Labor—Bureau of Labor Statistics dtd June 01, 2012. That is the lowest rate of any category in the report.

The actual fact is that with the possible exception of a few on MSNBC, the press is like the robocalls I’m getting from Mitt’s folks. Do you hate Obama, despise Obama, or want to impeach the Kenyan?

Now, go ask the 14 million looking for a job. Then, ask the people with no more unemployment benefits left. Next, ask those who have gone on Welfare in the last year.

Just shows that Glenn and the righties don’t do reality well. The stock market is near 13000 because it makes money with machines and will last till we are completely broke. You know the 0.01% (not a typo) can live fine off the 99.99% for a long time. If you don’t have 10’s of millions you are still closer to a poor person than a billionaire. So if you work for a paycheck and vote Republican because they are 1) fiscally responsible 2) morally superior 3) religious 4) honorable 5) patriotic and 6) care about working people, then you must also believe in the Tooth Fairy.

We have 23 million people out of work. There are more people working for the government then are working in manufacturing.only 17% of the kids out of high school are qualified to join the U.S. military.Around half the kids in high school are functionally illiterate. Those teachers that got laid off were sure doing a good job, weren’t they? They expected to be well paid with a great pension and medical benefits at taxpayer exspense.Trouble is they ain’t turning out high school grads that are able to get jobs so that they can pay taxes.College’s are no better.Too many liberial arts and poly-sci degrees that are easy to get and completely worthless.
