   Pro-choice doesn’t mean pro-abortion.

   Keeping abortion legal also keeps it rare! The truly pro-life would do everything in their power to keep abortion legal, and out of back alleys. Better yet, the truly pro-life should support pregnancy crisis centers, adoption centers, and comprehensive sex education.

   What is going on in the womb of a woman (that they don’t even know) that some could sell their soul to control it?

   Bck when they were no (legal) abortions, a good deal of pregnancies ended up in miscarriage or stillborn. My grandmother had five kids and as many miscarriages. That’s tough a woman’s body but most of all on a woman’s emotions.

   It is not to the State to raise our kids. It is not the State’s job to tell us to have them or not.

    How ironic that so many find this simple cartoon disgusting, but felt that it was quite alright to hang Governor Palin in effigy. Also the terms “pro-life” and “pro-choice” are disgusting euphemisms used to soft peddle the real issue. You either agree with abortion or you are opposed to it.

    I think actually neocons and te opposition will be quite important in the next four years.

    We are quite all mesmerized by Obama right now but he will make mistakes, nobody is perfect. We need people that are critical of Obama to point them out like we pointed out the mistakes of the Republican administration.

    But to do that, both sides need to get over their personal rage and hostility against the other. And the republicans have some serious thinking to do.

    I keep hearing people mention abortion as the reason they couldn’t vote for Obama.
    Let’s look at this logically.
    God supposedly holds the keys to life and death, ergo, neither one happens on this planet without God willing it so.
    If that is the case, and God does hold the keys to life and death, then any abortions that happen is his will and anyone who trys to stop them are interferring with God’s will.
    So, if your God is all-powerful then the abortions that happen are because your God wants them to happen.
    If the abortions happen and God is powerless to stop them and needs humans to do his bidding, then obviously your God isn’t as powerful as you have been led to believe.
    Just one of the many contradictions of fundamentalist belief.

    I’m starting to think neo-cons don’t give a bleeep about abortions afterall. They use that to demonize the left because cute, rosy cheeked babies get people’s pitty more than anything else. All they care about is spreading fear of an evil, baby killing ogre because they can’t get support any other way.

    When you can use the Almighty as a simple way to get money and political support, you can use anyone or anything.
