   Milford is a strange place. Not only do peacocks roam the streets, but the women have mustaches and the men don’t. And please, no lame comments about it just being an artist’s shading technique. If the artist was truly using a shading technique, then these guys would have shaded lips too. It’s either the aliens or something in the water, or some PED scandal Gil hasn’t yet uncovered that is causing these hormone imbalances.
