    Gil (when he’s there) teaches his players to hit “through the echo of the whistle” like Bobby Bowden taught at FSU. Terry heard the echo as it bounced off Marty’s bottle of Jamesons, so he’s a tad late on the hit. Does he get up and pose? A local kid got flagged, stepped off the penalty with the official while jawing with him, got flagged again, and didn’t play another down.

    The Madison receiver seems ti have EES due to the Shocker applied by the Milford Knight.Since Gil has gone AWOL, Seniors Miles Paris and BB Stuff Ottewill have to straighten out Sir-Kiss-A-Lot.

    Who knows what kind of probes Gil is undergoing at the hands of the aliens? When he returns he’ll swear he was only gone 2 or 3 minutes.
