Oh Mr. Johnny McBeck, how could you be so mean
I told you ‘d be sorry for inventing that machine
now all the neighbor’s cats and dogs will never more be seen
They all been ground up into to meat by Johnny McBeck’s Machine!

One day a boy was walking , he walked right into the store
He bought a pound of sausages and laid them on the floor
Then he started whistling, he whistled up a tune
And all the little sausages went dancing around the room!

( a song my Mom used to sing to us, but not around the dog)

Hmmm, sounds like a ‘Hostile Baby Rocking Song’ for puppies. That is a song one sings to babies/puppies when they are not being nice.
    Thanks for sharing.

That was a song we used to sing at summer camp back in the 50’s. And the I’m a Nut song, and The Titanic Song.

I think you mean “Johnny Verbeck.” According to the lyrics, he was a Dutch sausage maker. In one version, the machine stalls, he climbs inside to fix it. His wife, sleep-walking, “gave the crank a heck of a yank, and Johnny Verbeck was meat.”
