Night-Guard: Re your response to my comment 2 days ago about Slim in the tub (I go back to read the comments late): I wasn’t commenting on nudity (I’m certainly not prudish and I’ve been to Europe more times than I can count from Azerbaijan to Spain and Finland to Turkey) but how awful Slim looked. in the tub.

Our stuff turned red early here in the PNW. Winter weather began about a month early when those three hurricanes hit north America, then about 4 days ago we went back to a summer high pressure system. Weird stuff. Sure wrecked a lot of gardens and crops with the early cold the third week of September.

How many years has GA done the autumn walk in the woods? Probably since Skeezix was a boy! I always look forward to it! Maybe he could take Boog with him next year?

That’s a good idea. The boy needs to hear the wisdom of age.

The art is so fabulist. The fall leaves very colorful. Here in KS we have not had leaves change color yet.

Well at least Skeezix made it on the fall walk thru the
woods. It too bad Walt couldn’t have gone in one of those
electric carts for seniors. I do miss the trees talking to each
other. They use to recognize Walt and Skeezix as they took
    their walks.

Walt and Skeezix, enjoying the fall colors again – be still, my heart!

Here in the foothills of the Ozarks, our leaves are turning, but not at their peak yet. The sumacs are pretty spectacular already, but many of our maples still have enough chlorophyl mixed with the red pigments that they look more purplish than scarlet.
