When he goes to buy the truck will the seller be that salesman who tried to sell the appliances?

ROAD TRIP! Slim and Skeezix together? Look out, world.

All right! A story with Skeezix!
And I think the kitty is so cute hanging onto the speech balloon.

Just as a comic artist chooses to use “shadows” so also does the artist choose to represent his cast of characters. To Jim joel and Rufus are “ageless” stock characters and for that matter could represent “any” old codgers. I once read that Jim will continue the age process until Skeezix turns 100 himself and most likely then freeze the strip. We have 8 more years to see.

Much as I like Skeezix, I really feel that it would be funnier if Joel and Rufus took Slim to the dealership.
Maybe across the same bridge as in the earlier story arc (if it’s been replaced since then).

Something wrong here—Slim and Clovia haven’t quarreled recently. It’s looking almost like a happy marriage!

I hope Skeezix is driving on this road trip. Slim’s has
made way over his screw up quota for the year. Also
Boog should be invited along.
