    I never could figure out why someone would take perfectly good cabbage, let it go sour, and then eat it. Not that cabbage is great to start with, but it is edible.

    Ever wonder why the VIKINGS (known for long voyages) didn’t get the SCURVY the Brits finally cured with LIME JUICE? Sauerkraut contains a LOT of VITAMIN C (which is the “cure” for scurvy) Then, of course, there’s KOREAN sauerkraut. You maybe have heard of KIM CHEE? Fermented nappa and radishes/turnip (lots of ground dried HOT PEPPER and garlic) I call it “Sauerkraut with a ATTITUDE

    Lutefisk actually smells and tastes even worse than Saurkraut
