    Yeah, I generally like my beef pretty rare. Not to the point of mooing when I cut it; but seared on the outside and cool pink in the center. However, I draw the line at hamburgers. Although I used to want burgers pretty much the same as I like steak and prime rib, I now want my burgers at least medium, if it is an option.
