    Many years ago, we had fleas in our carpet.
    They loved my ankles, but did’t touch my wife because she was taking a B1 supplement, and they didn’t like the taste.
    (Yep, she was the brains of the outfit. The smartest thing I did was marry her.)

    Loved living in Victorville, elevation was too high for fleas. And here in Nevada, it is too hot. We haven’t had a flea problem since 2006.

    Actually fleas become worse in the winter because they’re looking for a warm body to inhabit. Garfield needs a dip. Maybe Liz will do it for free.
