    I can’t speak for others, but I have always liked Garfield. It’s a part of my childhood. I’ve been disappointed the last few years. It’s just lost its old, unexpected wit and weirdness. It’s just Jon saying boring stuff and Garfield making corny remarks. I still read it, because I hope it will get better

    True, my husband recently had a mild stroke. At first he kept saying the same phrase over and over. Over time he’s improved a great deal but he still struggles for words sometimes.
