    This must also be Jim Davis’s motto, when he draws one panel and simply copies it over to the other two.
    Calvinsfriend110 makes an accurate observation. “Garfield” was once a great comic strip and made it to the big time. But now Davis has just gotten lazy, and resting on his laurels.

    Never cared much for Calvin. Sometimes good humor can be found in simplicity. Garfield rules still!

    We’re lucky we have strips from Davis, otherwise, it’d be the people from the comic book that would take over the strip.

    Ugh, I hate the bad opinions about the “laziness” or “boring”! I actually love Garfield’s lying pose! Especially when he smiles!
