    “Used” meaning “having been used by others”, as in “used cars”, not “will be used by the person who waits”.
     
    PS: Grammatical nit-picking. I know the traditional phrase is “to HE who waits”, but just try it without the “who waits” to see what the pronoun SHOULD be.

    You are not allowed to say used, it is pre-owned now..so many stupid changes in how we are supposed to say whatever…Too many rules…
