    Let’s be ‘flexible’, though.
No need to exclude some of the less-probable states, eh?

How about 40.42 to 40.89 degrees?

If it really mattered, could scientists actually prove no two snowflakes are or have ever been alike? I would say the statement itself is purely irrelevant, concocted purely to mystify children.

One snowflake is made of trillions or water molecules, so statistically there is no way they could be arranged exactly alike.

I read someplace in the past few years that someone found two snowflakes that were identical.

researchers at UW Madison a few years ago supposedly found two alike – just sayin – I don’t buy it though.

Well, all those dead people in heaven need something to do! Otherwise, it would get pretty boring there.

I have no idea if it is true or not but I do remember my grandfather, a former head of the engineering dept at Purdue, giving me a book that was a part of the research by two researchers who had photographed over ten thousand snow flakes and had not found a single duplicate. I realize its a truly small sample when compared to the total number of snow flakes, but it was a nice coffee table type book to look through.

Interesting point: god, if she exists, didn’t just create the universe, but also devised all the rules of physics.
