   Nope. Wouldn’t happen. Monks and friars know when to fast, and how—but they also know how to feast! And today, “Take the fattened calf [or turkey] and slaughter it. Then let us celebrate with a feast!” (Luke 15:23) with much thanksgiving and rejoicing.
