I’ve said this before, most churches run on “girl power.” Women fill most of the volunteer roles and those in the clerical positions are the ones who really get things done (It’s pretty much that way in any organization – the administrative assistants are the wheels that make the organization roll along). So I think they deserve to be recognized for their work.
