He’s feeling guilty or he’s wondering what the two women were giggling about.

Phil must have been to a different party than the one I saw. Both Georgia and Elly spent more time talking to Connie than he did. If Georgia was going to punish Phil for anything, it should be for sitting on the ground stinking drunk and making a fool of himself by singing with Farley about great Connie was. That would be more embarrassing than talking to Connie, IMHO.

It’s a little known fact about Canada that the passing rules are denoted by dashed lines same as in the United States. What’s different is that in Canada the dashed lines are about the same length as your car, where in the United States they are much shorter.

Phil doesn’t believe she isn’t upset, because he’s feeling guilty about his wave of nostalgia.
I guess it would make him feel better, if she felt worse.

Yeah Phil don’t flatter yourself. You are ugly, you have no muscles and your breath stink.
If your girl friend finds someone else you are history.

    Lynn’s Notes:
Guilt is a wonderful thing… It makes us honest, it makes us humble. It makes us apologize. In my opinion, in this world, there just isn’t enough of it!

This is the typical, guilty male ego…it happens every time the old girlfriend meets the new girlfriend
