Although it looks like Lawrence and Elizabeth like Michael’s commercial initially, it appears that what really amused them was Farley sticking his butt up in the air when he eats. After all, if they liked what Michael was doing, then they wouldn’t stop him by taking the fake television off of Michael right after he did it. They would ask him to do more. Of course, if dog butts were all that funny, then they wouldn’t need the fake TV to see them. These kids are confusing me.

“Pussykins cat food tastes real good.

Satisfies cats like a cat food should." (tone deaf last word)

“Hardens their muscles. Softs their fur.

Pussykin’s cat food makes them pur. " (last word is offkey.)

    Crash! Thunk!

“Are you getting more cat food lately, but enjoying it less?”

    Lynn’s Notes:
One of the most effective advertising gimmicks ever was the “jingle.” My chums and I memorized all of them, and today, I can still sing the bluesy torch song that extolled the goodness of Du Maurier cigarettes. I’m trying to think of a modern equivalent…anyone heard a really good jingle lately?

Strangely I can’t think of a modern jingle.

No, Night-G, modern adverts feature annoying music or smug, self-righteous spokespersons. Can’t think of a single jingle.

No need to dig the remote out from between the couch cushions.

I fear where this could go if they take this activity on too long.

Hey Mike, everyone STILL hates commercials and changes the channel when they pop up their annoying little heads.

The best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup.
    Or McDonalds has one for:
    “I’m Loving It.”

    “Zoom Zoom Zoom” for Mazda

    “F-R-E-E that spells free baby."
“Five. Five dollar. Five dollar footlong.” for Subway.
    “Wanna Fanta, Don’t You Wanna?”

Barry Manilow wrote great commercial jungles in the 70’s. “I am stuck on Band-Aids and Band-Aids are stuck on me.”
