Lovey: I talk to your daughter often. She's a sweet girl. Woman: Thank you, Mrs... Lovey: Call me "Lovey". She showed me the gifts you've given her - Mira, one baby can't use so much! Woman: What? Lovey: Look, it's none of my business, but young people shouldn't have things handed to them. Life shouldn't be easy! Woman: What, you think people should suffer?! Lovey: Yes, they should suffer! You grow when you suffer! You learn when you suffer! Everyone should suffer! But, not too much.
i knd of disagree with her. i think that suffering does not make you mature, i think it is discipline. discipline makes you understand what you can and can’t do, but suffering just makes you less happy (in my opinion)
