Good morning, vagabonds. My house guest bought me a new couch. I’ve been in this condo for 21 years and the couch was there before me, so my guest will now be able to sleep more comfortably. After the deliverymen left I gain tread water in the pool for an hour. No weight loss registered yet.

My article was published in the local Jewish genealogica newsletter: “My Cousin The International Arms Dealer.”l

    Good morning Vagabonds.’

Rainy start to a new day. Heavy rain doesn’t start until mid afternoon.

    That’s all for now.

    Have a nice day.

    Morning, Vagabonds.
@Arye, congratulations on getting your article printed. It’s always nice to see yourself in print. I’ve been trying to get published for 30 years now, off and on, and wonder if it will ever happen. I can get freebies printed easily enough, but I’d really like to earn some royalties for my efforts.

    Good morning Vagabonds.
    .
Gray old day this morning, 32 degrees.
    .
One more month until the Vernal Equinox. (yay)
    .
Our pastor has published a book, I’m not sure if it was self published or not, but, it’s available on Amazon.
“Thoughts for Jesse, A Farther’s Tribute.”
Nate’s son Jesse was killed in Iraq in 2005. This book was something Jesse had been urging his father to do for a long time.
    Yes this a blatant promotion.
I haven’t read it yet because it keeps disappearing. (other readers)
    .
    Arye, have a good swim.
    .
    And everybody, have fun.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

We got 3 to 4 inches of snow overnight! Hurray! We’ll shovel it up, and send it all down to Jan. We look out our front windows and the clouds have lifted, and the entire Helena Valley is coated white, where only yesterday it was brown. Glad we don’t have to go anywhere today!

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

    Send all you can, Rita.

Got up to 62 yesterday, today should be upper 60’s (but then I said that yesterday.)

My best friend’s pet cat died in her lap the other day. Bougie (short for Bougainvillea) had been sick for quite a while and it is a mercy she finally passed. That doesn’t make it any easier for Irene. I’ve been in her place often enough to know how painful it is to lose a long-time beloved pet.

    @JanCinLV

I know the feeling. When my cat died I was in mourning for weeks. She was 18 years old.

    David and Jan:
We had a cat years ago that was 14 years old when we had to put her down as she was suffering. Was the house gloomy for the longest time. You would look somewhere expecting to see her.
