   It appears Emmy Lou’s mom works at home (apron almost always present!). Mine was very active in the community, but always there when we got home from school. Always there to hear about the day, absorb the shocks of teen angst, offer a little advice along with lots of sympathy and understanding. Emmy Lou’s own generation will likely not have that “luxury.”

   Oh man…I saw yesterday’s cartoon up early this morning. Heart attack!! It was a short month thing I guess. GoComics has been great fixing my errors!!
