Once upon a time there was a duplex where a young bachelor named Eno and his dog, Fang, shared an ultra-macho haven of beer snacks and male-bonding. Suddenly, their lives turned co-ed when Gina and her poodle, Mitzi, moved into the other half of their building... the question is, who will come out on top in Glenn McCoy’s, The Duplex?

I know what ISP Eno uses - Earthlink! That or he’s trying to do business with Macy’s!

I would not blame the company for not hiring more operators. I do agree that it can be frustrating for waiting long time for an operator, there is a chance the operator will be from India.
Who wants to be yelled at, for somebody’s elses mistake(s)?

I work in a pretty well staffed call center. It’s not our fault if lots of callers call at the same time and have to wait!

I still get a chuckle when I think back several years to a time when I was shopping for my first computer. I called Dell and the man that answered said in a very heavy Indian accent “Hello. My name is Brad, may I help you?”
