    Hey. our well-being is very often at the mercy of the lowest bidder. Why do you think China makes everything? Cats, dogs, kids all can testify to how well that’s been working out.

    The history of Halliburton, and others that Mitt would contract with, have NOT ended up “low bidder”, quite the opposite, and the cost to the country has been very high indeed.
