Being that she is his “Echo”, wouldn’t they have the same birthday? It would sure make it easier to remember hers.

You obviously don’t like to dunk your Oreo’s – and you are really missing out on chocolate milk. or CHOCOLATE MILK AND OREO’S!

Yes, and milk is a good source of nutrition…in addition to calcium, it also provides vitamin D, and only whole milk is hard to digest…lowfat (2%) or nonfat (skim) is not hard to digest at all.

It’s hard to digest if you’re lactose intolerant. I’m glad I’m not. I HAVE, however, been drinking skim so long that I have to chew 2% and cut whole milk with a knife.

Highly intolerant of soy products. Was so glad when Lactaid milk appeared and I could have cereal for breakfast as well as making my own chocolate milk.

Men should avoid soy milk products. Recent studies show high concentrations of estrogen and estrogen-like hormones that have been linked to conditions like gynomastia in men.
That is was almond milk is now available.
