   1st rule of training, use the name for movement commands, no name for static commands.

   We had one trained to sneeze on command.
   Is that a motion command or a static one?
   We would say: “Sit down and sneeze.”
   And he would.
   It was a hit at parties.
   He loved to show off.

   Moxie can wave. When I pick her up from day care, I get her to wave “bye-bye” to the staff. They love it.

    No! I hate the idea that we should lower our expectations of dogs. They’re capable of learning much more than people are willing to give them credit for. Instead people just sit around making excuses.
