Babies and puppies are both quite cute, but underneath the soft, cuddly exteriors lie the fearsome hearts of competitors. Well, not really. When a new baby joins the household, Sophie the dog is initially irritated, but eventually comes to see the baby, Doug, as the asset he is: a better way to get snacks. Though the baby is still hogging precious attention, and has a tendency to pull ears and be a general nuisance, a begrudging friendship forms between the two rivals. Watch the mischief unfold in Brian Anderson’s Dog Eat Doug.

@Citizen GROG!
my parents do, and they had to put stickers on the door to remind them if it was open or closed. Helped my dad, especially!

Acck! gocomics is acting up. Accidentally flagged your comment and it wasn’t letting me unflag! All good now…I hope.

Really glad some could relate to this. We have sliding glass doors for the first time. Neither Sophie nor my son have done this, but thought it might be funny.

My mini dachshund does this a lot. I am begining to worry about brain damage in the little guy. He hits it pretty hard.
It doesn’t seem to happen to the dobermans though.

We have stickers on our door too. It’s safer that way anyway. Luckily the dog has not tried to run through it (probably because of all the noseprints she leaves on it).
I’ve found you have to shift+refresh (full refresh) to get the flag/unflag thing to work when it’s stuck. Sometimes I think it takes a few billion flags for GoComics to actually do anything about a bad member so I wouldn’t worry about accidentally hitting it.

PatyAnn—My new kitten runs into the glass door all the time, usually at full speed after running across the den. I swear he’s going to give himself a concussion! But the funny part is the look of absolute disgust and disdain our older cat gives him every time he runs into the door.

That is a pretty scene. And I am glad now that I don’t have glass doors! :-D

We had old blind dog once who thought we moved the walls. He would come in the back door, race around the couches and slam into the same exact spot on the wall every time.
