‘Interesting employee suggestion…at least this one’s anatomically possible.’

Well, Dilbert, stairwell body disposal could at least prove interesting when you try to explain yourself to those CSI guys….

I have to say, I’m seeing a few problems here:
    - Having the smartest people as the bosses isn’t necessarily good for productivity, as bosses produce nothing themselves.
    - Dilbert’s switch would presumably create a very management-heavy organization, with a lot of ex-engineers bossing around one guy and so on.
    - I really don’t think Dilbert was the janitor’s boss.

A little touchy this morning? Maybe you should go back to bed and get out on the other side.

I worked in a place where it was well-known we could accomplish a lot more when the boss wasn’t around giving detailed directions.

Yes giving detailed directions that are missing a step in middle & demanding you follow them to the letter

engineers rarely make good bosses. Use the MBA grads as bosses and keep the engineers doing what they do best.

So, according to the boss’s logic, Dilbert was the boss of the janitor?!?
