    Oregon.

    Romney was declared the winner, then thousands of votes materialized in the last 15 minutes and 54% obama.

    Unfortunately, we have a long history of boxes of votes being “found” when one of the ruling party’s persons is shy of winning.

    Lol, Dogbert’s decision was to borrow Dilbert’s car so a tie worked for Dogbert.

    I think the “knot” in his “tie” is a bit too tight!

    @Nabuquduriuzhur

    In all elections pretty much everywhere the rural and scarcely populated regions report the results much faster, as the votes are counted in a fraction of the time it takes for large, urban regions.

    In Oregon, as in most states, Obama supporters were the majority in the urban districts (namely, the region around Portland). Many of the rural districts were strongly pro-Romney. So as expected, Romney started winning but eventually Obama caught up and won by a huge margin. The final results and the geographic distribution was exactly what was expected based on the polls.

    @Nabuquduriuzhur: don’t be a sore loser. That speaks very negatively of you.
