    I had this same idea in a book I wrote but never submitted … a small town with a hearse that did triple duty as an ambulance and pizza van.
    Didn’t pick up garbage… though the pizza customers might have had other thoughts …

    Might be a bit disturbing when you call for EMS and a hearse pulls up. Or when a hearse responds to car accidents on a regular basis.

    That was actually one of the scenes in the book, a traffic accident victim seeing a hearse pull up!
