Was G.H.W.B. considered “informal” back then? Granted, he did vomit on foreign dignitaries, but as I recall, that was a policy that came along later in the administration than the first 10 months.
And who’s the jowly guy supposed to be? John Sununu?
He looks rather like he could be related to pre-pointy-era Pointy Haired Boss. Not as closely as PHB’s brother Phil, but cousins maybe.
