    Yeah, boy, those FBI guys must really be inept if they use “stickies”.
    Some questions about the finding that “stickies” are in widespread use: What report, how large was the sample, who did they canvass? What is the efficacy of stickies (i.e., “Does it work”)? Do we have better (and more cost-efficient) tools? Is it because of budget cuts?
    I’m sure there are plenty of other questions, but… why is it a significant enough issue to draw a toon about it?

    I’ve seen that in a lot of hearings in Congress where they put binders in front of the witness, then tell them to go to “red tap #3” and then the page with the green sticker to find a certain document. it works. We all use them. It’s better then some stupid software that will take way more time and might gobble up all your data, never to be seen again…
