    This suggests what we all suspect – everyone in any sort of power is corrupt.

    @Adrian Snare

    It’s hard to begrudge someone for getting rich providing useful goods and services that people really want to buy knowing exactly what they’re getting. It’s easy to begrudge those who managed to pay baksheesh to make swindles perfectly legal, so they could separate the gullible from their hard-earned money (or even the not so gullible who only put their money in securities rated AAA+++ but still lost it all).

    And where was all this Wall Street “hard work” when the DJI was falling from above 13,000 to 6,500 during George Bush’ economy?

    Now you see why some people want to be Anarchists. They want as much power to the individual over corporations, govts and such.

    The stock market is a Grand Casino. It does not produce anything. It simply redistributes money. and makes millionaires out of the clever distributors, i.e.traders.
