You will always be there unless the wealth is redistributed.

How do you suggest we do that?
Through taxation? What if there aren’t enough “rich” to uplift the “wage earners”? What if the wage earners are uplifting the disabled, criminal, corrupt and lazy?
At gunpoint? What happens if they leave? Do we send troops to chase them down?
The problem with that line of thinking is that while it sounds nice and fair, it has little basis in reality.

I’m a wage earner. My wage has gone DOWN over the years! I believe the only way to get rich is a) taking risks and working your ass of to implement your genius idea (Google, Facebook etc.) or b) ignoring the law. Since I’m no risk-taker and my genius is not shared by other people (they don’t get it) and I’m also no criminal I’m a bit stuck. I THOUGHT by just working hard and doing good by your company you could at least have a nice life but i learned otherwise. So my tip to young people: think big, realize your dreams. Or simply become a mobster. Works both ways ;-)

“Life” may not be fair, but our laws, and economic system, where the cards aren’t stacked for the wealthy, in a Republic, should be, it’s not.
