Here’s what I have to ask: The black community has languished under Obama’s leadership, and things have gotten worse as of late under his presidency. Hillary promises more of the same, or worse. What’s the worst that will happen under Trump? They have a greater chance of getting jobs and improving their lives under his plan than the current model. I’m not saying Trump’s perfect, or has the best answers, but they can certainly do better than what’s been given to them now.I hate to say it this way, and I do apologize if this comes off as extremely harsh, but the black community has sold themselves back into the bonds of servitude: The community’s heavy reliance upon government hand-outs and support has made them susceptible to coercion by that very same government to do what their new masters want. I’m not trying to imply they should be subservient, rather, quite the contrary. I’m saying they (and everyone else on the government dole) are making themselves slaves to the system, and the puppetmasters pulling the strings at the federal and state level have leverage over them. The only way to cut those strings is to get a job and be free of the financial support of those puppetmasters. And of the two, Trump really has a better chance (and actual experience) of creating jobs for EVERYONE who is on assistance. Our current assistance program is antiquated and only serves to enslave all who participate in them.
