What, she slams Obama for using teleprompters and turns out she scribbed notes on her palm, and you expect cartoonists to ignore this? Dude, that’s the simplest thing to go for if you are a political satirist.
petergrt said, over 3 years ago
That’s right, that is the moral equivalency … Not to mention intellectual honesty …
We are so enamored with TV persona’s that we judge once character and intellectual prowess by his or her’s performance - pretty much as an actor.
While I cringed whenever GWB was on the TV, for his command of English was nothing short of abhorrent, he is 1,000 times the man that 0bama is, though his acting, even without a teleprompter is admirable.

petergrt, I was agreeing with you until you rated GWB (documented liar, draft-dodger, sleazy politician, immature macho man depending on his father to rescue him from his incompetence) as “1000 times the man that Obama is,” which is simply incomprehensible to me. GWB’s problems were not limited to his English, and they were a constant thread through his life.

Palin is such an amateur. She needs to take some lessons from Pelosi and Barry on how to lie, deceive and bloat government while managing to be condescending and smug.

Hey nospam4me,
Barney is spelled B-A-R-N-E-Y.
Not B-R-A-N-E-Y.
And schmuck is spelled…
Well… you know.

The cartoon is funny.
Bound and Gagged is often funny but it looks like it trying too hard to fill the Gary Larson void.
Tha thing about Sarah’s hand writing is; how hard is it to remember a list of several things that you’ve been yakking about incessantly about for two solid years?
It’s as if Larry Olivier were to say “To be…. line?”

Reasons….
THis comment make NO sense. He’s no more trying to copy Gary Larson as Gary Larson tried to copy all the New Yorker cartoonists, or MAD magazine cartoonists, etc.
It just shows how little you know about reading cartoons. Oh, and I didn’t use a teleprompter to say this either.

RV, it’s B-w-a-n-e-y, because that’s how he lisps it as he’s washing Obama’s ‘nads with his uvula.
