Is it true? Could it be? Is the long national nightmare finally over? Will we finally be getting new episodes of NCIS? (And why was it CBS that wasn’t showing new episodes anyway?)

Wandering around Nagano, Japan, in the snow and cold at the 1998 Winter Olympics. A spirit of good will and enthusiasm permeated the city. And, I had my picture taken with the Coca-Cola polar bear. (Pleased to use the “Tony didn’t say which Olympics” loophole.)

The very last moment of the closing ceremony. I’m tired of hearing about it.

During the last two weeks, I have been slowly working through the stuff on my DVR. Almost empty now, so I am ready for the new shows to start up again.

CBS figured too many people would have their eyes glued to the Olympics. From the comments here, I don’t think that was the case. They might have gotten new viewers.
