    Yes, the tips. And the whole spear if it’s young and fresh right out in the garden. Doesn’t get better than that. And the others you said and cauliflower, and we’ll have to fight Susan Sunshine for the tomatoes!

    As some already know….tomatoes!


    But I love almost all vegetables.
    Especially the A-list…. avocados, asparagus, artichokes….


    This time of year I buy brussels sprouts still on the 2 foot long stalks….

    Break ’em off, trim ’em and nuke ’em… no extra water…. they come out chewy and sweet.



    We’re getting beautiful skinny green beans now, too. Made those with mushrooms and butter to take to Christmas dinner.


    Corn, peas….
    but meanwhile, as Bev warned you…..

    Don’t toucha me tomatoes!
