Not unless you consider making an sausage & cheese omelet in a toaster oven a culinary specialty

I’ve got a few seasonal favorites that I’m good at, but otherwise I don’t knock myself out.

Pasta and sauce, stews, chicken, steaks, burgers…
I used to make good breads with a bread machine.

I bake more than cook, but popular with guests is “Chicken Delicious” out of my Five-Ingredient Cookbook. No recipe in the cookbook has more than five ingredients.

My most famous culinary creations have gone by the names of “Glop” for the sound it made hitting the plate, and “Puke-in-a-Bowl” because that’s what it really looked like

I thought both of them tasted just fine, but for some reason no one else was very interested in trying them

I’ve got one mean dialing finger. :-D
I don’t enjoy cooking. I have a few staple dishes that go to parties and seem to be enjoyed. Cheesy green bean casserole, cheesy potatoes, creamy corn pudding and a few different desserts.

I make an excellent Waldorf Salad – and I’m a wizard when it comes to all the side dishes for a big holiday meal.
