    How many vegetarians does it take to change a lightbulb? Two: one to do it and one to bring the hummus.

    I recommend beet hummus: cooked beets blended with lemon, tahina, garlic, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and just a touch of cumin powder. Chill well. Really good if you add some lemon zest as well.
