I wish other African cartoonist were given a turn.Maybe we’d get something on the news that 270 South African miners have been charged with murder – after the SAP shot 34 miners dead.Maybe we’d get something on Mali (I still cannot believe there hasn’t been a single cartoon on this site about Mali! Seriously, nothing…? )Instead we get to allude to other elections because we have not a clue what the cartoon is about. Hey, maybe Gado is alluding to the US Republican running mate selection. But my point is, I wish other great African cartoonists were given a turn.
