@Clark Kent, I was one of them. When I was walking on a street in Berkeley in 1958, a little boy turned to his mother and said, “Mommy, mommy, look at the beatnik!” I instantly recognized that as an historical moment, and never forgot it.
As far as I know, you could be an albino (in the biological sense) and I believe “Poly Sci” to mean Political Scientist….so where’s the harm there?.I may be unaware of any modern sense of these phrases.
