Well, two out of three (and maybe all three) I have no trouble with. (1) I think it is a good thing to spread the wealth around. I prefer a society with a flatter pyramid. I do think it’s better for everybody. (2) I have never seen the problem with “you didn’t build it yourself” — isn’t that just an acknowledgement that we live in a cooperative society? No one is an island. (3) You tell me what the problem is with this and then I’ll respond.

Kinda makes you wonder where the joke part was. -I’d believe that the ‘joke’ was Willard’s own. When he is not scripted, it comes out ‘Hey, corporations are people, my friend!’
