Holding Obama’s feet to the fire isn’t the same as supporting the GOP ticket. Rall has always been over the top in showcasing the hypocracy of this President. It’s one of a handful of cartoons I can say I actually learn something from..Anyway, Rall is dead on target here. Obama’s record on mortgage relief is deplorable.
Obama’s NOT the lesser of two evils…he is, unfortnately, the best we can do NOW…put him back in and go look for his replacement, someone with a heart and ability to REALLY manipulate OTHER political types…who are notoriously sneaky and sophisticated…what, you DON’T think so? how many do YOU really know?
Ted calls it as he sees it. I don’t always agree, or disagree, with what he has to say, but it usually makes BOTH “party affiliates” think about reality.
McCoy, a Conservative Politico Cartoonist, is critical of the Republicans Stance on Abortion as he should be=======Glenn McCoy? Why would he be critical of their stance? McCoy is extremely anti abortion, just like Republican.
It’s ridiculous to say Rall can never be satisfied, based on his merciless treatment of both W and Obama. Fact is, Rall will never stop attacking hypocrisy, and (in theory at least) if there were a non-hypocritical progressive Rall would favor their policies. (Still might attack their other foibles, though. I mean, it IS cartooning, not cheerleading.)
It’s also ridiculous to say, as some have recently, that you can’t be left-wing enough for Rall. He has shown a strong pragmatic streak, and he’s been real hard on both left-wing purists (especially pacifists, whom he crucifies) and left-wing extremists (like Stalin type world leaders – and he’s even drawn Stalin himself as an archetype of evil).
Besides, who needs to see Rall be happy, anyhow? What would we ever do if no-holds-barred cartoons were gone?

Perhaps if he ever characterized someone positively I would see him differently. I think he’d find something to sneer at if he was talking to Gandhi.

Personal responsibility is not mandated by barney or congress. If we lived within our means (govt included) we would not be in the mess we’re in now.
