Remember last election, McCain was asked what would happen if his daughter turned up pregnant. In a moment of candor, his response was that the daughter and the family would sit down and consider all the options.-He was quickly ‘counseled’ by Republican insiders and the next day ’clarified his response that of course the pregnancy would be carried to full term.-So, make no mistake, Republicans certainly intend to retain their own reproductive rights as surely as they intend to keep their tax shelters.
